Yes - I'm with you on that. That's why I think that Universal Orlando have been quite specific not to call it a water park, instead talking it up as a proper theme park with water elements. They don't want the public to think of it as just another water park.
The only problem with that, is that the concept art makes it look just like another water park! They should look to Disneysea on how to make a theme park with water elements...I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
