I think that I enjoyed the musical bent of Enchanted because it was so long since the last musical Disney movie... I'm not advocating every movie be a musical... just that they work it into a few more than they have been.
I really enjoyed Chicken Little... not Meet the Robinsons so much. And I doubt Bolt is the right vehicle for a musical....
I also think that they could think outside the square a little more as well, not every musical number need be sung by a raccoon or a bunny. Maybe they just have to reinvent the musical from a new angle. Not sure how, but then thats why they get the big bucks and not me.
Frog Princess has huge possibilities for wonderful music given the location and content. Lets hope Disney saw that as well.
