Anyone been during Thanksgiving?

My travel agent (Lyn at the travelers Hut 43631699) found me a great deal and flights to Sydney-LA-Orlando-LA-Sydney for 1400 plus tax.
with this and the way the Dollar is now how can I resist? :roll:

After arranging the flight I realised that I will be arriving friday at 6am the day after thanksgiving and staying until tuesday morning before flying to WDW.

So how bad are the crowds at thanksgiving?

anyone been there then?

We were in WDW at Thanksgiving. The Thursday was a nightmare - you miss that. The Friday and Saturday were busy, like any Saturday is and the Sunday was pretty quiet. I think the Sunday is travel day for a lot of families.

I guess Disneryland is much the same except you probably get a lot of locals on the Sunday.
