I'm hoping someone can help me (for my sister) with photos on the Disneyland PhotoPass.

My sister has had photos taken over 3 days and these are showing in her account - however, I can't see how to do borders, etc.  We had access to these in 2014 when we had the PhotoPass (and it's definitely available for WDW).

Anyone know if you can still get borders, etc with the DLR PhotoPass and how to do these online through her account?

Hopefully Keith will read this, I'm sure he would know. I've never actually used it myself.

Hiya (sorry I've been offline - sickness and work busy!) - I've definitely done borders in the past but it has been quite a while since I last went to DL and used their photopass.  From memory, you just selected the photo and on the right hand side of the screen all the borders that were available would appear and you could just scroll through them and apply them.

But like I said, it has been a while since I've used the system so maybe they aren't available now?

Thanks Keith, I did some google searching (which I'm not great at), however after a bit of misguidance when I kept ending up on the WDW page or boards, I finally found something from late last year were DL visitors were lamenting the loss of this feature.  I found out there's an Apple App which I downloaded and logged in as my sister so can select a few borders, however you have to immediately email, text or Facebook (and whatever other features) the photo as it won't save under your user.  Very sad loss, I hope they bring back the same as WDW.  Thankfully I can Photoshop a few borders, stickers and signatures in for her as I have these from other trips.

Wow - that does seem a little strange they got rid of that feature.  I just thought Disney Photopass was a single service - not linked to any particular resort, but obviously not

Great to hear you're feeling better.  I'm not sure if we're just missing something but I remember WDW being easy.  Oh well, luck I have some basic Photoshop skills so if she wants anything I can help her, however I am limited!!  I hope it's back and working by next year's trip.

I'm really sad to hear they've taken the boarders away. I really liked that feature
