They are openeing up the new ride March 7th to replace luigi's tires.  Often they do pre-openings to the public so if your at disneyland over the next weeks its worth checking out before the official opening.

I saw some info recently about this new update... I think they look like a lot of fun... I never did get to ride the tyre ride (always too long to wait).
