Thanks for the updates Kevin.  I can't wait to watch the construction of the Star Wars land over the next few years - it was fascinating to see how the DCA remodel was undertaken and I think this will be just as interesting.

Sorry about the rain over there - if it is any consolation, it is pouring here in Sydney today too...enjoy your time at the park!

Disney Parks Blog unveiled some new concept art of what the north end of the Rivers of America will look like once it has been rebuilt and the railroad re-routed for the Star Wars construction.

I like the inclusion of the trestle bridges and it is good to see the Indian Village gets to stay.  Looks like some nice landscaping here, although it'll be a shame that the river loses about a third of its current voyage.  I guess that's progress for you :)

salivating thinking about the photos I might be able to get of the train going over that 'rickety'  bridge section if I sat on the end carriage....

hahaha, thats why its in inverted commas.... 'rickety-looking'  - its Disney - it'll be as safe as  houses.
