Has anyone done this? Is it worth the cost? I'm deciding whether to offer it as an optional extra

Yes it is, I always do it every trip. The only downside is you still have to wait in a line to choose the best seats

Gerard is spot on. We now do it every trip too as it is better than sitting on concrete for hours. But you need to line up at least 45 minutes before the registration opens to get the best seats.Yes it is, I always do it every trip. Ive done it and its worth it but yes as everybody said you still have to wait in a line.
