Just read that the date for D23 2013 has been announced...

Anyone planning to go?

I've decided that I will only buy my AP in September before I head over this year so I can have the option of going to the parks without that extra outlay next year if I decide to go to D23...

Anyone got any good advice for getting tickets ?
should I buy them the day they are released or anything like that?
I understand crowds were an issue last time so am hoping the Disney Co might address that before the next one.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd love to go again, but it won't be next year as we have big plans to go to WDW and a cruise in March.

The Expo is being held from 9 to 11 August 2013. I think it will be an extra good Expo in 2013 too, as the big DCA and WDW expansions will be well and truly open, they'll be concentrating on completely new stuff.

I've heard/read that same things as you about last year. I reckon if there are a couple of panels that you REALLY want to see, you should get in line hours before. Seems like it might take a bit of fun out of the whole even though

yep, I think it would for me too Mel.
I'm still undecided about going, but would really love to. I'd hope that all the negative comments would not have fallen on deaf Disney ears, and adjustments would be made to make the talks more accessible.
