I got the update but it's still working for me. 

That "destroy the robots" task was a bit disappointing. I already have Mrs Incredible at level 10 so there was little to play for once I got the potions.

Finally unlocked Donald on the weekend after two months of collecting his hats!  I also unlocked Prince Phillip so I'm getting close to finishing this game.  I just need Mother Gothel and that's it for me (and hopefully they'll release Syndrome again with a task quest like they did with Mrs Incredible last week).

Hopefully they'll be opening up somewhere new soon.

This morning I got a pop up for what looks like a Christmas themed event (either that or Frozen, but I think Christmas seems more likely).  I hope that opens up new areas, but it could just be Christmas outfits for characters which would be disappointing...

*Yawn*, I only have Oogie left to upgrade and I've almost got enough to put him up to 9.  I am saving gems - I wanted to get Maximum but now I think I'll be using them for Olaf and/or Sven whenever they release this much-needed update.

I have over a million magic and nothing I want to spend it on.  I hope they release the update this weekend.  It looks pretty cool. I do worry about the long-term interest of this game though.  They need more quests to keep people involved.

I got the Frozen update this morning when I switched on.  The Main Street looks great.  The actual even doesn't commence until tomorrow (they're giving everyone enough time to download the update).

Still no expansion to the other half of the park, although their update notes say they are still working on that but need to ensure that the game is optimised for all systems before they release those other areas.  I hope they do it sometime in the new year and we can continue the main cursed storyline - I like the main storyline better than these 'events' (although the Nightmare one was fun).

Thanks for posting that Keith, I didn't get the usual prompt at any time when I logged in this morning, but it was waiting for me in the appstore.  Just waiting for it to finish loading now.  I put Oogie on to upgrade to Level 9 this morning so he should be done before the event starts and I can start welcoming characters.  I knew they'd update as soon as I put him on to upgrade! LOL  I should have upgraded him earlier!

The Main Street does look good but I agree that there needs to be more on the main quest and opening up new parts of the Park rather than these one off quests.

So how is everyone going with Frozen?

I feel I'm falling behind on this one - with the Nightmare Before Christmas event, I felt I was always ahead of the game and waiting for the next character to drop, but with Frozen I'm struggling to collect Anna tokens, and I don't think there is any way in the world I'll ever get Minnie's costume (I still haven't gotten Donald's Halloween costume either - those cloth tokens just don't drop for me...).

Still, I'll keep on persevering - at least I finally unlocked Mother Gothel this weekend - so my main storyline characters have all been released.

I'm doing okay so far.  I used my horded gems to purchase Olaf because he's so damn cute (poor Maximus will have to wait a bit longer), and I opened Anna this morning.  I can't upgrade either her or Olaf even though I have most of the tokens because there is a snowflake token you need for each of them that hasn't even opened yet   I'm about halfway through collecting for Minnie, but only have a few green cloths, I think they'll take ages to get.

I'm finding that the Anna tokens aren't that hard to get, especially with the shorter task times, but now I have them all so I can't stockpile them until the snowflake opens.  And that tiny bit of land they let us have is a bit of a help, but it would be nice if they have us a bigger one.

Overall I'm enjoying it again

Yep - I thought I was falling behind.  I just can't get any of Anna's medallions to drop - I get the ear hats, but not the medallion thing.I have Olaf too - I used my gem stash to obtain him.  It doesn't help that I'm at work and can't play

Oooh, I'm now catching snowgies - so cute!

LOL. Can't wait to see them. My Anna drop rate took off last night but still need medallions. Can't play today as I am in a workshop in Canberra. Doh!

Things are ticking along nicely again.  I have Anna and Olaf catching Snowgies, and hopefully we'll see Kristoff ready for welcoming later today once I've finished a few more tasks.

I'm about halfway through collecting items for Minnie's Christmas outfit too - so hopefully by the end of next week (Christmas day!) I'll have it.
