I watched episode 3 last night and this series continues to excel. It followed the Michael Eisner, Frank Wells era and it was great to have Michael Eisner appear and be upfront about the good and the bad from those early days of his tenure. The episode ends with Frank Well's death and the next one promises to be even more raw as they highlight those years of austerity at Imagineering where they were told that Disney wouldn't produce any more 'theme' parks - theming was out (as evidenced by DCA) - so I can't wait to watch that episode. I love how the show is critical of their mistakes.
