Once Upon a Time

Here we are, at the end of season one - and yet nobody has mentioned this Disney TV show yet?
Did any of you watch it? I know Gerard did. I thought it was great for the die hard Disney fan - so many hidden references for the fans
Can't wait for next season!

If it wasn't illegal I would have already watched it...
I really only started because of the girl from House, I didn't know much about the show itself. At first I was thinking 'how can they get away with all these Disney references'? Then I noticed the ABC watermark in the corner and it twigged.
I liked it.

I loved it, and yes couldn't miss alot of the Disney references in it. I like it when they take a slightly darker side than normal to the fairytales, but this shows balances the darkness with Disney's adaptations quite well. Looking forward to season 2 alot.

I can't wait for season 2 either.
In fact, if its started by then, I'm going to make sure I see it while I'm in the US and get a sneaky peek at what's going to happen next.
We will definitely be buying the bluray... I want to watch it again to see any Disney goodness that I might have missed. -/

Don't worry Lisa - he was talking about season 1.
Season 2 begins on 30 September in the US. Will you be there then?

Just thought I would mention that I read on the OUaT FB page this morning that a podcast with the creators of the show is about to start in September.
Not sure if we'll be able to access it here, but could be interesting?

Okay then, Disney (ABC TV) have officially announced that the spin-off series of Once Upon a Time will launch in the US in the new TV season later this year.
The new series is now called Once Upon a Time in Wonderland - and the trailer looks fantastic! Check it out below!

I really want to watch this as well...
Ummm... .did they ever have season 2 of the original series on free to air, or was it shown on pay TV and I missed it?
I've been wondering for a while where this went...
I get really grumpy when I get into a show and it just disappears and never returns. Like Grimm, and a few others.

Channel Seven did broadcast the first 10 or so episodes of season 2 then it just disappeared. No wonder people resort to other means to watch TV. Season 2 just concluded in the US and no sign of when Channel Seven will show it grrrrr...
