Wow, glad I booked tickets already. My youngest tried to go to Dumaresq St yesterday to see it and it was booked out, I couldn't believe it! We haven't seen it yet, just haven't had a chance. Just getting over the State Age Championships from last weekend.
Yep - that's exactly right. It was fun and well animated, but didn't have that Pixar epic feel.I will say that I thought it was just a movie length version of Mater's Tall Tales.
I'm sure I saw his name. That's the only way I remembered who it was.It didn't, and I think that threw me a little. Still enjoyed it though, but won't go down as a "classic". The race scenes were great, enjoyed them. And we discovered a little titbit of information regarding Frosty's character as well. Did you notice that he didn't appear in the credits?
You mustn't have stayed to the very end. They had an "Australian Version" set of credits after the main set which included a thank you to Mark "Frosty" Winterbottom, as well as all the people involved in the Australian regionalised version of the movie.Did you notice that he didn't appear in the credits?
That's correct we didn't. It's funny, we were sitting there during the credits, the only ones left in the cinema and we were contemplating staying, because it's the normal thing to do, right? But then we just got up and left. Should have stayed to see the Australian credits, I assume there was no "movie" at the end, ala Pirates? You mustn't have stayed to the very end.
Was our version different to the rest of the world? Did they have different versions for different countries? You mustn't have stayed to the very end.
