National Treasure - Book of Secrets

Postby mushu mama » Thu Dec 27, 2007 11:46 pm

I went to see NT2 tonight.

This movie is BRILLIANT! it had me jumping at the unexpected, chuckling along with the witty banter, and desperately wanting to go off and find some hidden treasure every bit as much as the first.

A worthy sequel....Two thumbs up. -/

Anyone else seen it yet?

We've nearly worn the first one out! :D
thats one on the 're-watch pile' that gets a run regularly.

Yeah, working over Christmas sucks - having been the only one behind our counter at work for the first 3 hours of trade on Boxing day on the biggest sale day our company has ever had, I can sympathize. The only day I've had off was Christmas Day and the next one will be New Years day.
And my no.1 resolution this year is to not be working in retail by next Christmas :D

Having said that, I'm going to see Enchanted on Saturday and Atonement will be next.

I gave the trilogy of the Golden Compass books to my Daughter for Christmas and both she and I are almost finished the first one so then we'll go and see the movie, which, the more of the book we read, the more we are looking forward to seeing it.

I liked NT2 so much I might even go and see it on the big screen again :)

Yay! I'm not working, so I can do whatever I want. Della is not working either, but she has devoted Thursday and Friday to going shopping, leaving me at home to play with all my new toys!

We are going to see Enchanted on Saturday as well. I think NT2 will be the following weekend as Della hasn't watched the first one yet  but she now has my DVD (and could have watched it if she hadn't gone shopping...but I was once reliably informed that I shouldn't get between a woman and a shoe sale - so I've just backed right off and I'm keeping a low profile - I'll let her and her mum hit the shops...)

I do not get the whole shoe/handbag thing - I think I missed that gene. Never get between me and a Bazzil sale though!

Yep, loved this as well. I will admit to not seeing the first until recently, but after seeing this, I am hoping for another. It's whetting my appetite for Indiana Jones 4 as well.
2023 Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Lines - Disney Wish. Going to be awesome to be back!

I'm pretty sure you will get your wish. I'm very much looking forward to that as well. The first two are brilliant, so bring it on.

yep, I guess they'll figure out how to keep his walking frame out of shot
hehehe... I'm only kidding.... I'm a big Indiana Jones fan but I bet that stunt double gets a fair work out this time round.
