Okay - as always it is pretty rare for Della and I not to have our next trip booked - so with that in mind, we logged on to Disney Cruise Line last night...and booked our Alaskan Cruise for 2015!
We depart from Vancouver on 31st August 2015 - the itinerary being:
31 Aug - Embark Vancouver
01 Sep - At Sea
02 Sep - Tracy Arm (sailing up the Alaskan Fjord)
03 Sep - Skagway
04 Sep - Juneau
05 Sep - Ketchikan
06 Sep - At Sea
07 Sep - Disembark Vancouver
We plan to leave Sydney on Tuesday 25 August, head to Seattle (the Boeing factory) and hire a car to drive up to Vancouver (visiting Stevenson on the way - better known to TV fans as Storybrooke! We want to eat at Granny's Cafe!). After the cruise, we'll fly direct to LA and spend a week in Disneyland before heading home.
It is a long way from departure, so we'll firm up some of these plans as we get closer! But for now, it is about 495 sleeps to go!

Okay - now we've done it...
Since we were going to be in Vancouver on September 7 2015 anyway (the last day of our Alaskan cruise) - and the Disney Wonder was sailing from Vancouver that afternoon to Hawaii...we've now booked the Hawaiian cruise to help us on our way home
So now we may miss Disneyland all together and just do the back to back cruises, then stay a couple of days in Aulani and then fly home. Not 100% sure yet, but the two cruises are now booked.
Roll on August next year...!!!

We now have all our flights and accommodation booked, so here are the dates of travel!
24 Aug - depart Sydney for Los Angeles, staying at the Disneyland Hotel for 5 nights. Keen to check out the Disneyland 60th anniversary celebrations!
29 Aug - fly Los Angeles to Vancouver. Staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel for 2 nights (it is adjacent to the cruise terminal)
31 Aug - embark Disney Wonder for 7-night Alaskan cruise (stops at Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan).
7 Sept - disembark Vancouver. Re-embark Disney Wonder for 10-night Hawaii cruise (stops at Hilo, Nawiliwili, Kahului, Honolulu).
17 Sept - disembark Honolulu. Check in to Aulani resort for 6-nights.
23 Sept - depart Aulani and fly home.
24 Sept - back home

I'm down to just 104 more sleeps to this trip
Today I bought my Disneyland Park Hopper tickets yay! So we are now all set to go (just have to get past the wedding first LOL!)
Before then though, I've got to head to the US next month for work. I'm popping over to Pittsburgh for a week but no side-tracks to Disney this time just work. Although that said, I'm going to a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game and I'll try to do daily updates like my Washington trip - but I just don't think there will be a lot to write about this time
