What companies have you checked Greg... if you haven't already, have a look at Covermore.... it has some really great rates and they're one of the few that cover natural disasters and terrorist activity.

That's who I ended up with. Since I'm only going to be in the one place and don't really care too much about coverage for lost luggage and other minor things, just medical mostly, I got a better with them than anyone else I looked at. It would have cost me a whole lot more if I'd been adding in a trip to the States. As it is, SE Asia seems to be the cheapest place to travel and I got a year for about $550.

Nope - I haven't started packing yet - I'm a notorious last minute packer.

The Buzzard is coming and he's waiting at home in anticipation of his trip. My work colleagues are already mourning his departure from the office :)
