Here is a small selection of photos from the Mousequerade Dance show in Disneysea (not to be confused with the Mysterious Masquerade stage show which is huge but I don't have photos of because I was watching and not photographing...bad Keith!)

Amazing photos Keith... Really really enjoyed looking through your holiday snaps. I love the shopping photos too. I am a huge fan of Kerroppi ( not sure how you spell that) and bought lots of little things when I was there - the toy shops are mind boggling , huh.

The colours are just spectacular... -/ -/

are there going to be more?

That's her standard bow - but yes, we bought a bunch of others :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE Duffy... I so need one of those.
Duffy is cool - don't worry, you'll be able to pick one up in Hong Kong. He goes on sale there next month!
I really think that Disneysea is the most amazing place.
No doubt about it - it totally rocks!

And I might be able to rustle up a few more photos in the coming days!

OK found some - the shot of the car park - are 98% of the cars white and the same make and model in Japan?

The crowds are almost enough to put me off going - when is the quiet period?

Love the hats - Crush and Celia - move over Nemo!

It seems like that doesn't it - especially amongst the Disney-visit family crowd, but in reality, this is an exception I think. There was more variety on the streets, but I guess families are all into buying white or black people movers!
The crowds are almost enough to put me off going - when is the quiet period?
Don't be put off by those crowds - we were there during Halloween which is now one of Japan's most popular events. Ken couldn't believe that Halloween was actually bigger in Japan than it is in America now. If you visit at other times of the year - especially late March or early April, the crowds are MUCH better. I was also showing the crowd from last Sunday - there is no way I'd normally visit a Tokyo park on a weekend due to the numbers of visitors. That day, they stopped admissions at 10:30am! On the weekdays, it was much more pleasant - even in Halloween time. Sure, we had to use Fastpass a lot for the major rides, but other rides were 20 minutes lines only so there is plenty to do when waiting for your fast pass to become due. Don't be off-put by these pictures, that wasn't my intention :D
Love the hats - Crush and Celia - move over Nemo!
Yep - and these are just the two we bought - there were plenty more crazy hats!

And Beth - well done on the number of bouncing Mickeys!

Great photos Keith!!!! I'm so jealous of the blue sky in nearly all your pics - I think we ended up with ONE blue sky picture this year.

Did they still have the nighttime Halloween parade? When we were there in 2006, they had a FABULOUS night time parade especially for Halloween - it was just amazing.

I still can't get over the crowds there on weekends. We didn't go in the parks on a weekend this year, but the car parks were full and there are a LOT of car parks!

No - there is no nighttime parade for Halloween this year, they just ran the normal Dreamlights. The daytime Halloween parade went three times each day! So with Dreamlights, that is four parades, every day of the week.
but the car parks were full and there are a LOT of car parks!
Yep - we used the car parks as a barometer for how busy the parks would be. On weekend mornings, they'd be filling the big car parks opposite the Hilton by about 7am! But those carparks were never used on weekdays - in fact, even the main Disneyland car park didn't fill up on the weekdays.

No worries Barry - and believe me, we came back with a lot of stuff! Three full checked suitcases, two full carry on roller cases, and an extra carry on Tokyo Disney shopping bag!

And for those of you that are coming to the Lone Star dinner on November 20, don't forget that we are hosting a "How many fluffies did Della buy?" competition. That's right - if you guess correctly (or closest to) the number of fluffies that Della bought in Tokyo, you'll win a very special prize - a small Duffy and a small ShellieMae! To give you a ball park figure, in 2008 during the 25th Anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort, Della managed to come home with 24 fluffies! Will she beat that number this year? Will she fall short? Come along to the Lone Star dinner to find out! :D

Great pictures Keith. I was so nice to visit with you guys, even it we could not do the park that day. Ino and I have tickets for next week (6-8 Nov). This weekend the typhoon put a hamper on any attempts we may have thought about. Did go to Yokohama yesterday and found their Disney store. Small but nice.
