Yes - interesting that they've introduced a sliding price structure. I think that'll become the norm at all Disney parks eventually.
When Hong Kong opened, it was very cheap to encourage locals to become Disney fans. They'll eventually up the price and introduce annual passes for locals - it is a good ticketing methodology.
