Disney Cruise January 2011

Now that's when I am going and I would prefer the Western Cruise so we can go to Mexico and I want to see some ruins. My issue is there are so many cool shore excursions - how do you pick?

Mayan ruins are a must if you get to Cozumel. The only problem is that it takes all day and there is no time for much of anything else.
