I bet you guys are all upset that Mary Poppins is on at the same time the that might Swans will be taking on the Bulldogs! I just KNOW you're all crushed that you'll be in town and not be able to see the game

I hardly know how to contain my disappointment.

I have a knack for visiting Melbourne during significant games. My last trip to see pixar was afl grand final one day and nrl the next. The trip before that was against England. It was a sea of red one day and not an Englishman to be seen the next.

I don't care about the AFL, I've never watched a game of it in my life. I am disappointed that I won't get to see the Penrith vs Canberra rugby league final though!

I know I'm odd - especially being Sydney born and bred. My dad use to play (locally, not in the big leagues) and that's why I follow AFL rather than League. I'm kinda glad that I didn't book in for the club trip though because I really would have been torn between the two. Now I just get the pleasure of staying at home alone with my two boys while Craig goes off to the Tigers final against the Roosters. I probably won't even be able to watch the Swans game on tele with those two monkeys keeping me busy!

me too... I'm still hoping to see the show on one of my trips to Vic this year. fingers crossed.

Well at the airport and jetstar true to form have delayed the flight 1 1/2 hrs and not bothered to tell anyone why or apologise. They don't even provide staff on the desk. Clearly customer service is not part if their mission statement.
