I can imagine the phone call into work:

That was it Keith wasn't it. Talladega was on, and you just couldn't drag yourself away from the action.

Ahahaha! That was a beneficial side-effect of my current health state (GREAT race too!)
However, in truth, I actually dragged myself into the office - sat there for about 20 minutes, realised that there was no way I could do anything at all (couldn't speak, couldn't move, blurry vision), so I then dragged myself back all the way home again! (then watched the F1 and Talladega!)
