Just wondering if there's any interest in our live trivia nights again now that the manic Christmas stuff is over?

I always enjoyed the catch up despite never being a contender for the title.

We were discussing this at the last meeting and one of the things that was evident was that it was difficult to align free nights for most of us, and Friday was mentioned as the best night to do this. This Friday is out for me because R1 of the NRL is on and I have to watch Parramatta crush the 2010 hopes of St George Illawarra, but perhaps we can get back on the wagon and get it going again.

yep...exactly. that is why I am hoping to be able to be present at chat nights cos those of us that can't make it to meetings due to the tyrany of distance, don't get much opportunity to chat live with others in the club.
Fridays are the only day I can't make it and are always out for me - I go to an organised scrap meet which is essential for my sanity.

I guess whatever day you choose will mean that only some of the club members can make it at any given time anyway, its a tough one.

Hmm, Fridays then probably aren't good. Which suits me fine, that way I can watch the football and not have to go back and forward from TV to computer.

It is tough to align the days for everyone, I suppose as long as people can make it every now and then it's better than not at all.

I don't know about anyone else, but our lives seem to be getting busier and busier. I'm not sure what I'm going to do if I find a job, because I reckon work will get in the way of my busy schedule. I'm out 4 nights of the week, and most weekends I have something on now until at least the end of August. It's even so bad that it will interrupt my ability to watch the V8 races as well.

Thursdays are fine by me - any night is OK (how sad) so long as I remember!

I loved the live chat trivia competitions but I think the service is broken.
