Member blogs option now available

Hi Guys,

There is now a new section to the site for anyone wanting a blog page all of their very own. You can find it at http://dudisneyana.info/blog/ or from the link on the front page of the site.

If you would like your own blog just drop me a PM or an email because I need to set you up (just a couple of minutes work and its done). Once you're set up it's as easy to make blog entries as it is to post on this forum and you can upload photos and the whole deal. I will include all the details about how to do it with your login info.

The reason I have to set you up is that I don't want any Tom, Dick or Hacker being able to upload things. That was what caused all the problems with the site, the photo gallery being open for anyone to register and load things is a hole in the system.

And don't forget that the blog is yours to write what you want and doesn't just have to be about trips. You could become Australia's preeminent Disney blogger!

The photo album is back, although empty apart from a few photos I've put up as a test. Unfortunately it had to be completely redone from scratch.

It's going to work on the same basis as the blog and anyone who wants to have an album just has to drop me a line and I'll set it up. We can't afford to let just anyone use it like last time.

I thought you may be interested to know that according to the server logs the most visited section of the site so far this month is the new blog section. Viewed 735 times so far in just 3 days so keep up the posts !

Hey that's cool. The problem is, it is hard to continue to write new Disney blogs on a daily basis! I'll have to come up with some topics over the next few days

Wow - but are they legit! My last blog got spammed really bad - I was getting 100s everyday on key words and I had to pull the plug!
