scrap challenges...

Postby mushu mama » Tue Jun 06, 2006 7:01 pm

Well another month, another scrap challenge entry for Disneyscrappers not posted. I still haven't managed to find anyone who won't charge me $25 + to scan my 12 x 12 pages and then email them to me! What a rip off. Still trying to find somewhere though.

And the worst part is that I have DONE the pages to enter :!: And my doodling one turned out brilliantly. I drew freehand flames all over the page! I loved how it turned out.

Oh well, when I manage to get this happening I will put them in the album here. Maybe I'll have to find a better stitching program to do it myself. Any ideas anyone?:?: :?:

The next one is an altered project. This will be a cinche because I am half way through altering huge wooden letters that say MUSHU to put on my wall above my scrap table. Have done the base coat of red with a gold crackle overlay with black smudges all over it. What next though I'm still working on.

Is anyone else going to have a go at this one?

I have tried to get a decent close up photo but it always looks ordinary. Maybe I am just too fussy.......:?

Don't be fussy - just take a photo! Off the record some of the layouts that do get posted are pretty ordinary.

Oh well, I am off on a three day Scrapbooking Weekend so see you next week!

Actually, I have been rather quiet as I have the flu - but it was my birthday yesterday and my husband got me the new Mickey necklace from Swaroski - I love it!! I'll wear it with my pirates costume in a few weeks.

Yay! Happy Birthday Sandie! \:D/

Which Mickey necklace is it? Is it the one with the hidden Mickey sillouette with the silver circle around it? That's the one Della bought and is very nice.

Thank you. Thank you. (bowing her aged spine)

Actually it matches the ear rings and bracelet I already have. It is a hidden mickey but it is covered in crystals and it has three smaller hidden Mickeys hanging from it. The lady said they have new stuff coming for Christmas.
