DUD FEBRUARY SCRAPPING CHALLENGE

New month, new challenge....

It being the month of Leeerve, and it being a shorter month, we'll make it a little easier , all you need to do is add hearts to your LO and scrap your love of Disney. Be it something in or about the parks, a piece of memorabilia, or even your Donald Duck alarm clock. Just use hearts somewhere on the LO and give it a Disney connection.

Some heart ideas:
*Journal on hearts
*Use heart punches either on the photo or on cardstock
*Use heart stamps or stickers
* Use heart patterned paper
* Use heart shaped chipboard

This is a great way to do Princess pages or even the food you love at Disney.

Happy scrapping -/

You did a 'love' LO about a taco? :shock:
Is anyone else doing anything?
Yep, I did mine before going to Adelaide but ran out of time to upload it.
I just got back today so it'll be in the gallery in the next couple of days.

My LO is not nearly as .... um... alternative.... its just about how we loved Minnies mouse house. It'll be there tomorrow.

My LO is done but I can't post anything more than a couple of lines and no photos at present... nor could I email the photo to Sandie to put on for the same reason. It'll be there once I sort out my pain in the butt computer.

Still waiting with baited breath for that taco LO Sandie.... good thing I wasn't hungry. :)
Did you do another LO for Feb like you said you might?

Anyone else do a LO for the Feb challenge.?.. you have a bonus day tomorrow. And it being a leap year, and it being the end of Lerrrrve month, I hope all you single girls out there have your proposals ready for tomorrow... you only get the chance every 4 years you know :wink:

I did a lot of buying of scrapping stuff but not much scrapping this month... so am looking forward to seeing what Sandie's March challenge is going to be to get me back into it.

Sorry, no scrapping in our house this month. February for us is an extremely busy month and even scratching become less of a priority.

"Taco Love" has been uploaded!

I hope to scrap tonight but Pete is having his eyes lasered so I may be busy being the grumpy nurse!

I love it!

Thats a fantastic LO.... particularly your rub-on application :)

Can't go wrong with judicious use of rub-ons.

If I tried to photograph either of my kids eating there'd be uproar. I'm allowed to photograph the food ( which I regularly do - weird I know - but I have a 'favourite food' album on the go) but never so much as a morsel passing their lips is to be captured on celluloid ( or memory space as the case may be).

But I might have to redouble my efforts now cos I want to scraplift that LO. :wink:

Hope the lasering of the eyes goes well... I want to do that one day.

I would loved to have been in the restaurant just looking at the other customers with those "are they taking photos of people eating?" looks on their faces. :shock:

Thanks for the nice praise - this was the page that got my mojo back - for a while I have just been scrapping the same old way but this time i sat down and put some effort in! I have an awesome (but very simple) layout of Yosemite that I will trry and upload - its more the photos taht make it cool but I can live with that!

Thats my scrapping rule of thumb... the better the photo, the less it needs to show it off.

I only go over the top with my Disney LO's because they were taken in my pre-scrapping days, and as such, are all pretty woeful. :roll:

Next time, there will be more consideration to whats in the background, more thought to what tricks the camera can do and more more more photos in the first place.

Put your Yosemite LO in your album wont you, I'd love to see it.

I laughed out loud at the name of this layout - then I took a look in the gallery and laughed out loud again - cool photos :)

My brother-in-law got that done - he went from Coke bottle lenses to none at all, best thing he ever did he reckons...
