Reporting live from Disney on Ice! In intermission right now but we loved the first Act, very entertaining. I'm like Karen and prefer the shorter segments normally but have to admit that Frozen just works! Great music and skating. Can't wait for second Act.

Reporting live from Disney on Ice. This is the first year in the 20 that we've been coming where they aren't selling a program which we thought was strange.

My friend bought a program when we went, maybe they've run out?

I'm not sure if I just saw too much ice-dancing during the Olympics earlier this year, but I didn't feel this year's performance was quite as good as previous years - of course I sang along and had a really great time.  As much as I do love Frozen (especially Olaf) and the music, am hoping that next year we get a year off with different ones thrown in.

I loved that there was some Mulan and great having a little more Pixar.  Have a great time!

Thanks Karen - maybe they did just run out then. The merchandising booth guy said they had no program this year but gave us a card to contact Feld Entertainment and told us they might be able to get us one.

I didn't mind the show this year - I like Finding Dory as that was new, and as you said, the Mulan section was good because it was a bit different too.  Yep - you can have too much Frozen...especially after last year's show.  Still all in all, I went in with low expectations this year, but was still entertained.

I guess if you are planning a Disney ice skating show then it would be hard not to have Frozen be the first thing to pop into your head. :-)

Disney on Ice this Saturday for me.  Looking forward to seeing what they put on. I always love the music and that they change just enough each year to keep many of us coming back.  Still have a few days to make one of life's big decisions - which Minnie Ears do I wear????

Programs are for sale Keith, hopefully this time they printed enough for the Sydney shows.  It was a great show, I really enjoyed the mix of music and characters rather than focusing too much on just a handful of movies.  Get ready to sing and dance with the Toy Story gang - I don't know the song but it was fun.  There's some aerial acrobatics with a couple of Princesses giving us a taste of Cirque on Ice.
My Goddaughter clearly paid attention to the preview for next year's show as she keeps asking her mum when she can go to Disney on Ice with Coco.  Next year is a little too far for her!  I'm looking forward to that as well.  Those little updates each year keep it interesting and Coco had some fun music.

Yay - yes Karen, we got the program...they had heaps of them this year.

We liked the show this year too - it was different with the human hosts introducing each segment.  We also loved the Princess section - one of the best they've ever done.

Bring on 2020!

Great to hear Keith!  I hope they keep up some of that aerial work, it added so much.
