Disney stuff for your birthday?

I got the latest Swaroski Disney necklace - if it wasn't for them i don't know if my husband could figure out anything to buy! I got tickets to Miss Saigon too. We had tickets to see it the first time it was here and I went into labour the day we were meant to go!

On the phones I really want one but I am wary of buying stuff from Hong Kong over the internet or from anywhere on EBAY if it is a technology based item. Does anyone know if they are available in the US yet?

Hi Sandie - the Dmobo models are a South East Asia exclusive item and are not available in the US - as far as I am aware, there are no plans to sell these models in the US.

There are Disney mobiles available in the US, they are rebadged LG or Samsungs (can't remember which) - here is a link to the handsets:

Yep - like I said, they are just rebadged cheap and boring models - the DMobo ones have much greater style and more effort put into them.

Now for a new question - I should be able to take this o/s with me and buy a prepaid sim card and use it - right? (I do not have roaming as my phone now is a work one)

As long as the SIM provider allows roaming, then you will have no trouble - the Dmobo's are compatible with all regions.

Did you buy it from HK?
I am still considering one, but the trouble is, I am trying to save for a holiday and a digital SLR( to be used at the same time) so the new phone is on the backburner. I bought myself a wizz bang phone last year and won't bother replacing it till after those two things have been indulged.

Yep, I'd love one of those phones, but 'stuff' is not what sets my green eyed monster frothing at the mouth.

I didn't even get jealous when I was wading through huge piles of an Americal girl's vacation photos at my weekly Midnight scrap session tonight. She was wearing a "Castaway Cay" T shirt and naturally I blurted out" OMG... you've been on my dream cruise" to which she answered " Yep, every year". Sure I wish I could go, but I really just enjoyed looking through her photos and hearing the stories of her trips.
Besides, jealousy's a curse and I probably get into enough trouble with the bloke upstairs without adding Envy to the list.
