Non-Disney Movies

Postby churros » Mon Jan 03, 2011 6:37 pm

Just saw "The King's Speech" - excellent! A star-studded cast, I love trying to work out who everyone is and what they've been in before. Now I have seen the credits I need to see the movie again.

Don't miss it!

I haven't been to a cinema in a while for a non-Disney film, but I've been doing a lot of catch up with videos that I'd received over the last year.

Some of the non-Disney movies I watched over the Christmas break include:
Transformers 2 (which the critics hate, but I think the Transformers movies are a lot of fun!)
District 9 (missed this at the cinema but I thought it was awesome when I watched it on DVD!)
Cloverfield (another science fiction film I missed at the cinema but loved on DVD)
Ironman 2 (although strictly speaking this is Disney now - not as good as the original Ironman movie)

I started watching Serenity last night but only got halfway through when I fell asleep - I'll watch the rest tonight.

I also got Inception to watch - probably tomorrow!

I'm working my way through a Christmas present - the Ultimate DVD James Bond Set and I saw Inception 2 nights ago - Angus's latest obsession!

Inception is an awesome movie.
2023 Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Lines - Disney Wish. Going to be awesome to be back!

Agree with both Inception and District 9 - not the Transformers though!

I really like the Transformer movies too... its just mental chewing gum

I recently watched Tomorrow when the War Began and really enjoyed it... not the ending so much but really well done.

I'm working my way through all the 'NUMB3RS' series... up to 4 at the moment and totally hooked... if only it improved my maths skills...
