Happy Easter everyone! I think the flu shot I had on Thursday has kicked in as I have a sore throat and runny eys - but chocolate will make that better right?

Off on a family picnic today - about 70 extended family - my cousins are good breeders!

of course... Chocolate is the required major food group of the day... it will cure everything when administered in large doses. I am falling behind though, haven't really given it my proper attention as yet.

Unlike you Sandie,I'm having a very quiet Easter... the first year of my life I've spent it without one family member with me. ( kids are with their dad) kinda weird feeling. Enjoying the quiet but not enjoying the stillness . Heading out to the hinterland for the afternoon and evening ( watching some friends recent US holiday videos... they only got me there with the promise of some Disneyland footage and the promise of chocolate) and then back to work tomorrow.

Yep, happy easter everyone. Had my family on Good Friday, and in-laws today, so hopefully our quota of choccy will be filled as well.

Happy Easter! We're all exhausted after fitting both families in today. Why we can't manage to spread it out over the four days I have no idea... the kids are bouncing off the walls from too much sugar and I keep seeing imaginary easter eggs everywhere after two huge egg hunts!!!

The kids did well. A couple of breakfast sets (Toy Story and Chuggington) as well as PJs (which have become a tradition) help to keep the chocolate overload to only 'obscene' levels

Yep - Happy Easter all, I hope everyone got lots of chocolate - we'll probably be eating it until Christmas. Unfortunately, I'm working (and to make it worse, I'm in Canberra on Monday and the rest of the week with no internet access...grrrrr...)

I'm getting in early as I am off for my annual Easter camping at Conjola tomorrow morning - so you know it will rain heavily over the weekend!

Happy Easter Beth! Say hi to my brother - he's down at Conjola right now with his family. We've been going there since we were kids. Which park do you stay at? We're at Lakeside which is further up the lake, away from the beach.

Which park do you stay at? We're at Lakeside which is further up the lake, away from the beach.

We camp at the council-run 'Entrance' the one closest to the beach. We have a water front site which is just lovely and makes up for our annual Easter drenching. Why do I camp?
