Happy Australia Day

Postby mushu mama » Tue Jan 26, 2010 7:24 am

Morning all...

Hope you all have a fantastic Australia Day....

We're doing the BBQ thing and probably the free beach concert later in the day. Don't think I can remember when there has been quite this much patriotism on such a large scale as I've seen this year... We have the whole T shirts and flags thing going on - definite photo ops today. :D

Anyway, enjoy...

Happy Australia Day everybody!

We're cleaning the house LOL. With Jared's birthday party on the weekend, we didn't have much time for cleaning up and the house looks like a bomb's hit it. The boys are still recovering from Sunday anyway after a day of playing with their cousins all day with no naps so a day at home with lots of rest for the boys is the perfect way for us to spend this 38 degree Aussie Day :)

'Ave a good one!

I'm sitting at home enjoying the cricket (and my air-conditioning - it is hot outside!)

HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY -/ -/

its a beautiful blue sky day here on the Sunshiny Coast so we'll be heading to the beach at some point, flags on the car, fake tattoos on us somewhere and enjoying the beach concert at some point I imagine.

Have a good one -/ -/

It is set to be 42 out here today and high humidity. I can tell you now they are right on the money with the humidity - it feels like Hong Kong in summer!

So...I'm sitting inside and will be watching the cricket this afternoon :D
