Theme Park proposal for SW Sydney

The local media has started to mention a proposal for a theme park and resort for the area in the last week or so. It is a planned Indoor/Outdoor Water Park and 4 Star Hotel. The company is local but does international work and feel that Sydney and NSW is in need of something of this calibre. Obviously it's very early planning at this stage, and there are major concerns about where to put it and the supporting infrastructure (ie none) to cope with the increase of people in the area. But it has some merit.

I have heard some chatter about refurbing the old Magic Kingdom site at Lansvale too - but Camden suits me better!
