A very special This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland brings you a trip report from our Chief Spy, who managed to drag her husband to the park for the first time in almost two years! Plus, Mickey's WaterWorks parade doubles your pleasure; we let you have your say on each and every article and all the news that's fit to print and we couldn't jam in sideways anywhere else on the site.

Here we go again...

It must be that time of week again. We know this because we are lost for words. Still, other people have words and that's what we are looking at this week - the growing perception that Hong Kong Disneyland just might be a decent place to visit after all. Plus, what to do in the event of bad weather - run!

We also bring you the usual slate of important dates; promotion; schedules and other nice things that you probably couldn't bake in a cake.

Coming straight at ya like a zebra with a chainsaw, our Chief Spy has got some shiny new photos of a recent trip to the Disneyland that kicks up a summer storm like a curly-toed assassin.

This is a photo report linked to the Chief Spy trip report of a few days ago...

Oh it's a bumper week! Not only do we take a look at those troubling attendance figures, we let you know how you can bring in a friend - for free! Plus, we celebrate the return of Disney on Parade, round up the latest promotions and activities and let you know what we do when we aren't running around the town with our pants off.

It's another huge week of news, in case you hadn't noticed. We've got some brand new photos of the Haunted Hotel construction (and what the inside might look like); it's a small world construction updates with photos and a gentle reminder that your summer days are numbered. It's a little hive of activity This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland.

As we bid farewell to Hong Kong's summer season, we look forward a few weeks to what will no doubt be a clash of the titans as Disneyland and Ocean Park go head-to-head with Halloween haunts. We also follow our Greenpeace story with a spectacular rant, and bring you the usual bullet-pointed madness that is This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland.

The Ocean Park/Disneyland battle should be solved with arm wrestling.

It's the first column of the third year of Hong Kong Disneyland's reign, and it's not been a good first week. Protests; attendance gaps and Autopia derailments have kept the park in the media this week. However, the promise of a multi-billion dollar investment and the preparation for Halloween has still got us excited about This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland.

It's been a week since the last weekly column - spooky, isn't it? "Spooky" is the key word this week as Hong Kong Disneyland's Halloween festivities kick off and dovetail with the Mid-Autumn festival. So pull up a mooncake as we unleash a new section and journey through the events of This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland.

Heading straight for you like a fish with an agenda, we've got news to spare this week. While we consider making protests a regular Disney feature at the park, we cast our gaze ahead to the Christmas events and the unstoppable force that is 'High School Musical' as it heads to Hong Kong Disneyland in early 2008. Plus you know there is something about Halloween. It's all happening This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland.

I'm also a little tipsy right now...

Coming at you like a tardy leopard, we have a rant about the future; countdown some of our favourite things and try and marry-off Hong Kong Disneyland to a rich sugar-daddy. That's all in the column that sometimes forgets where it is supposed to be - This Week in Hong Kong Disneyland!

http://news.hkdlsource.com/story/225

Yes, I know it's late. I just...erm...forgot..ahem.

We are laying down the gauntlet this week and challenging Hong Kong Disneyland to declare their undying love for us and a commitment for the future. Yes, we no longer want sugar daddies, we want a stable relationship and someone to snuggle us at night. We also hear a bit of news about the Year of the Rat; get a report from our Chief Spy and continue to count down our Top Things.

http://news.hkdlsource.com/story/228

To think - they call this a "slow" week in Hong Kong Disneyland!

We're all fired up this week, as we throw down The Gauntlet for the second week in a row. What could cause this kind of madness? We also get political and fight for workers rights; open up our deep and lovely mailbag; do a bit of site maintenance and countdown our infamous Top Things yet again.

http://news.hkdlsource.com/story/233

All this and Disney too!

It's a Halloween Special! Well, not really, but it is spooky just how much we can talk about nothing. It might be a slower week, but we bid farewell to the Halloween season; look ahead to the Christmas season and have a fairly extensive list of closures and refurbishments for the month of November. Now where did I leave the keys to the site?

HKDL Source launches a new YouTube channel; we take a closer look at that creepy commercial that came out last week; have a brief hurrah over the possibility of more cash being injected into the park and count down our favourite top things.

http://news.hkdlsource.com/story/240

It's getting creepier all the time!

This week in Hong Kong Disneyland, it looks like the Resort finally has a little more room to splash about in, with restrictions lifted on their loan conditions, and a government that seems more willing to prop up the park.

http://news.hkdlsource.com/story/243

Plus, we've got an exclusive new trip report from our Chief Spy (and some exclusive new Christmas photos to exclusively go with the exclusive trip report); a small army of squirrels and the countdown we had to have.
