Tokyo Disneyland to open Cinderella's Fairy Tale Hall in April 2011

Tokyo Disneyland and Oriental Land Company (OLC) announced yesterday they plan to open a new attraction entitled Cinderella's Fairy Tale Hall.

The new attraction will open on April 15, 2011 and will be located inside Cinderella Castle. This will be walk-through attraction where guests can wander rooms that showcase the beloved classic film Cinderella, including paintings, a diorama, and other artworks.

Ohhhh pretty!

The hoarding was all up a few weeks back when we visited. My kids were amazed at the rear of the castle, when you look from fantasyland, the sheeting that screens the work from view is actually painted to look like the real castle - it's such attention to detail that makes your jaw drop...

I can report that the painted hoarding is still there. Maybe I could pretend to be a building inspector and get a look inside?
