Problem with Hilton booking?

I know a few of you have booked the 18 000 Yen room through Hilton UK before so I thought this was the best place to ask the question. I just logged onto their website to check my reservation for next year and I got a message saying that my reservation had been cancelled I have never cancelled my booking, I haven't even been back to the website since I made the reservation last year, so it looks like they've cancelled it for me I've sent them an email asking them to re-instate it, but I don't know how successful I'll be. Have any of you encountered this problem in the past? The going rate now for the week we will be there is 56 000 Yen/night It would be cheaper to stay at the Mira Costa! If we can't retrieve this reservation, there is little chance we'll be going to Tokyo next year
