Very interesting indeed.
my friend who's been at WDW for the last 12 months has just yesterday finished his 'tour of duty' and is now holidaying in the US for a little while before returning home and I plan to pick his brain when he gets back as I'm still considering doing a international work exchange sometime in the next couple of years.
