Safari Celebration dinner?

Has anyone got any experiences to share regarding the Safari Celebration dinner grand gathering event held in AK?

I have heard it is a slowed down and discuss version on Kilimanjaro Safari by a personal tour guide per vehicle and that your receive a special trading pin (no trading happening with mine-lol).

Somewhere along the way I thought I read about animal or insect show and tell type interaction. Since the meal is at tusker House, I don't see how this would work...

We are on the basic dining plan and this meal "costs" two credits. Is it worth it? Secretly DH and I are not happy about doing a second day at AK so if this meal is rubbish, we can convince our friends to switch parks and choose another ADR. We have 8 adults and 8 'kids' aged 3-14yrs...Advice please!
