Fantasyland Expansion

This may be common knowledge but some weirdo site i found had this posted about the expansion:
A few new tidbits of unreleased info for you --

Seven Dwarves coaster is 100% confirmed. It will be placed right in the center of the land, roughly where Dumbo currently stands, extending out into the center of the midway. It will NOT be completely indoors, though at some point in the ride you do enter the mine. It was described to me as "roughly 2/3 outdoors, 1/3 indoors."

Dumbo is definitely still moving to his new Dumbo's Circus mini-land. The existing Dumbo *will* be one of the two ride systems. Aladdin's Carpets will *not* take the place of the other as originally planned. Zamperla is currently building the second ride.

The Barnstormer looks to be keeping its name, though it will somehow be tied into a Goofy as a circus performer theme.

Pixie Hollow, as well the Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella meet and greets are scrapped completely.

Snow White's Scary Adventures, the exising dark ride, will close forever sometime around February 2011. The space will be repurposed as a meet and greet location to make up for the lost spaces cut in favor of the new coaster.

Fantasyland will still be completed in two phases, with Dumbo's Circusland likely to be the first section finished (even though it's about the only section not even started as of yet.)
Poor Keith will miss out on his Princess meet and greets. If it is true about Snow White - I think that is quite sad.

Wow... thats a lot of changes.... is it gospel or is it speculation on the part of the writer?

I could live without the princess meet and greet but the demise of pixie hollow is sad. I hope it stays at DL. I want to go there next time.

Also sad that Snow White would go... it wasn't a headliner for me in DL, but I found myself taking lots of photos of the carved pylons and wrought iron apples on the gates etc when I was lined up and I guess the one in WDW is similar in that regard. Lots of little Disney details lost.

I guess Keith will go into mourning over the loss of a possible princess encounter...

I knew that expansions were in the works, but didn't realise how extensive they were. Mind boggling really.

on our last day in the park, I saw a few of these amongst the Halloween merch for sale at Disneyland... same price and everything... I probably shouldn't say this, but I thought they looked a bit cheap and nasty for the price, and they were huge as far as glasses you can actually drink out of goes.

I'd love to go to the new restaurant though, and maybe the glasses would be more 'must have' if I were eating there... who knows.

We have two bookings at Be Our Guest, near impossible to get in. First is on the 1st January, the next on the 10th Jan, should be good.

Funny part is we know three of the servers going to work there, think we will have to draw for who we ask for!

This is a lot of fun
Wow! That website is fantastic! There is so much to explore. I like how the story is very Once Upon a Timeish - including the purple smoke - so cool!

103 sleeps!
