MANTA - Wow!

Now I know this is not WDW related but it is Florida related so I thought what a better palce to put it. Manta is the new Roller Coaster opened in Sea World in Florida. (maybe we need a new thread for "Other Parks" before you leave Greg?)

Anyway, I have just finished watching the Orlando Attractions podcast on the new Manta roller coaster just opened in Sea World, and OH MY GOD! I am very very much looking forward to riding this coaster. I know that some of you (no names, you know who you are ) aren't so much into Roller Coasters, and even my own daughter cannot handle anything when any sort of inversion is required, but the thought of lying flat, face down and suspended while doing loops and corkscrews is so inviting. I'm a big fan of the Batman/Lethal Weapon ride (Batman is 6 flags version and Lethal Weapon Movie World) and haven't ridden one like it for quite a while.

We're planning on spending time in Sea World and this ride will be top of the list for sure! (Lucky I had a clean bill of health at my annual check up yesterday )

Ooooh, sounds good! I don't know if I will still be up to rollercoasters when we finally get back to WDW, but we are planning a trip to SeaWorld so I'm willing if the body is able

I can't wait. I'm also very much looking forward to riding dueling dragons at Universal too, as well as some of the other big things at IoA.

at this stage, the GC trip will be my next coaster ride... looking forward to that though... well, thats assuming the Bruce Highway is open again by then... seems that there is flooding all over the place up in SE QLD right now... am hoping my kids are still high and dry... haven't heard otherwise so am assuming they are still above the waterline....

I've been watching the SE QLD weather radar - it looks like there was a bit of drizzle up there over the last two days hehe
