We used a service called Wingz a couple of times, then we couldn't use them a couple of times because of availability. They were good, but we found Ubers to be just as good. IN Orlando, we just got a cab from the airport to Universal and then from Universal to Disney, we went out to the front and grabbed the first car we saw which was a Hire Car, got a good rate in a nice car and great service.

On the phone topic, I used the e-sim function in the iPhone and just created an account through T-Mobile. It was so easy and didn't have to muck around with swapping sims. Just deactivated my home sim and activated the e-sim when we landed.

I wish my phone was esim compatible, definitely something I will be looking for the next time I upgrade. I have been doing the research and found that getting a "travel sim" for Japan before I go is the best option. They are cheaper to buy in Thailand than a Japanese sim is to buy in Japan.
