As expected it went live a little earlier and they've got my $89 already!

There is no app yet available for my Samsung TV but the Xbox One X app was available so I logged in through there and it works beautifully. No log in or set up dramas here so far (might be different tonight when I get home to watch Mandalorian ep 1 and 2!).

Looks like the content I want is all there but need to explore more later.

Off to work now so no watching - boo!!!

Jumped on the train this morning, downloaded the app, registered and watched a couple of things on the train.  There is so much content on there which is must see viewing, I'm not sure I'm going to watch any cricket this summer!

I'm busting to watch the Imagineering documentary - but somehow I think I'll be having to watch Encore, Noelle, High School Musical, Lady and the Tramp and all those shows before I get time to watch Imagineering LOL.  My train ride isn't long enough to watch anything on - if only I was still in Penrith!

I'm planning to catch up on things like Clone Wars and Rebels on the train, being only 20 odd minutes each I can squeeze in 3 episodes each trip (I ashamed to say as a Star Wars fan that I haven't seen them at all).  It's going to be so difficult to pick which one to watch first. Mandalorian will be high on the list, so will the Imagineering and the Pixar live shows, but also the movies you mentioned Keith.  Strangely enough (between you and I), I'm looking forward to the High School Musical series.

I haven't seen the Star Wars animated series either so I'll be keen to watch those too. So much TV...so little time haha

Well - I'm impressed so far by the content on Disney+ and how good it all looks.  I'm using the XBox app as my Samsung TV from 2015 is too old(!!!) to receive the app natively (it only works on Samsungs 2016 or later).  But running it through Xbox is seamless.

I guess if we want to discuss individual TV shows, we should probably start threads in the TV forum and keep this Disney+ thread spoiler free for updates about the platform a new content on the way etc.

I downloaded it on the Apple TV and we're getting the same awesome experience.  I didn't think to check the Samsung, as I didn't think it worked at all.  I'll check that tonight, because Ros doesn't like using the Apple TV she prefers the Samsung.  I agree with your comment about the content, just so much to choose from and so many quality shows and movies.

I can't remember the name of the show Greg, I just call it Pixar live, but it's the show where they take Pixar characters to the street and they interact with people in everyday scenarios.  We watched the first one based on Inside Out and it was quite funny.  They're only really short.

I've never heard of it and, to be honest, I'm having a little trouble even imagining it. :-)

I'll have to look into it.

Ok, found it. It's on Disney+ and it's called Pixar IRL. From the clip it's kind of like a hidden camera show but using situations from Pixar movies. Kind of cool.

Went to a friends house a week ago and finally saw One Day at Disney.  Really loved it.  I barely get time for the few free-to-air shows I record, however I would like to subscribe at some point and see more of the documentaries and some behind the scenes shows.

The first multi part documentary is the only one I've seen so far. I would like to watch all of the shorter, weekly ones as well. It is good.
