I guess I can understand the reaction, especially on the Jungle Cruise. Give it a bit of time and the characters will probably come back but the Jungle Cruise will probably always be considered in bad taste.

Totally get most of the changes as they were addressing less than safe situations or less than kosher jokes in spiels given the recent tragedy... however, I do think its a shame to remove characters that have been part of the Disney landscape for a very long time... and indeed, its seems overkill to remove them from parades. The gator in both Peter Pan and Princess Frog are integral characters and seeing as gators are a 'from the south' thing, this really makes the Princess Frog offerings less authentic.

Yes, I was surprised by the move to remove Louis from the Princess and the Frog float - he is integral to that whole sequence. I'm hoping it is only temporary.
