I'm sure Greg will post about it later, but there is talk on the internet this morning of Disney being in talks recently to purchase 21st Century Fox. Some interesting properties in that organisation including the ability for Marvel to get back their X-Men characters; and of course the Avatar films...

Talks have apparently stalled, but it will be interesting to watch this story over the next few months to see if anything develops.

Yep, just posted it now.

I'm not sure about this. Are these organisations getting just a bit too big? If the situation in the US shows us anything it's the power the media has to control opinion and focusing that power in fewer hands seems worrying.
