I found this article and thought it hilarious...
http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-disneyland-social-clubs-20180209-story.html

Who knew that Disney fans could be so gangsta!

I've never seen this phenomena before but I note they only really kicked off in 2013, so I haven't been there much since then - has anyone else seen the groups where bikie-style jackets in the parks?

I haven't seen the jackets but but have seen the big groups of families and friends all wearing the same t-shirts.

I feel like this is a bit of a "this is why we can't have nice things" scenario where a few people taking things too far are going to cause problems, arguments and confrontations that will end with the whole concept banned. I don't care what they claim, having a large group of people all wearing the same jacket trying to take over a ride (or restaurant?) would be intimidating to a lot of people and especially kids.

I'm glad we're not planning to go back to WDW for another couple of years at least.  That way hopefully the Avatar lines will be down closer to an hour.
2023 Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Lines - Disney Wish. Going to be awesome to be back!

What's your cut-off point? Where do you just look at it and say nope?

Good questions Greg, not one I've actually given much thought too, and I think it's crowd dependent, because the thicker the crowd, the more we're prepared to wait.  But I'm not sure I would go much over 2 hours for anything.  5 or 6 is definitely not something I would do.

I definitely wouldn't do 5 or 6, I'm usually only there for a day or two and spending that much of my time in line for one attraction seems like a waste. I think a couple of hours would be my limit and it would have to be for something really good and, most importantly, the queue itself would have o be interesting enough to make standing there worthwhile.
