It’s Rumor Time: Disney is turning The Tower of Terror into a Guardians Of The Galaxy ride

The Guardians of the Galaxy re-theme rumour for the Tower of Terror at DCA has been doing the rounds for a couple of weeks.  I just don't know what to think about it - it sounds like something a website would write on April Fools day, but at the same time it sounds vaguely true/possible.  I'm sitting on the fence for this one...

I've heard this rumour for a few weeks now too. I'm not a Tower fan myself but I think it's one ride that has great theming. The merch store is really good so I don't know what to think if they go ahead with the change.

With ToT, I recall reading that they are not renewing their licence for the use of Twilight Zone, so will need to retheme, which is where the Guardians link has come in. I'm not sure if it is a good fit, I'd have to see it, but they don't make too many mistakes so it could work. Also in the same article, they did mention it was only DCA and not DHS that is getting rethemed.
