Amazing Cinderella exhibition at Chadstone shopping centre Melbourne until the 18 th January. Costumes from the movie and much more.
Does anyone know if it will be travelling to other Australian cities.

Argh - I hope it comes to Sydney! No way we can get to Chadstone by the end of this week

We went to the exhibition today and it was very well done. They had two of the main costumes from the movie.
You walked into little rooms starting with some images from the movie. Then a large screen showing clips from the movie.
You then had the two costumes and a recreation of the amazing glass slipper.
After cinderellas blue dress you finished in a room with animation drawings from the original animated movie. Including drawings by Marc Davis and Ollie Johnston and concept paintings by Mary Blair.
Also an interactive book where you could look at artwork of the original animated movie.
They also had two display cases of Disney Cinderella dolls over the years.

We spent 30 minutes looking through the exhibition.

It is expected to visit other areas of Sydney when we know we will post here on the club web site

I don't know how we missed you Wayne! Della and I were there on Saturday too! We got there around 1pm.

Yes, the exhibition was very well done and there were lots of positive comments from the other shoppers who were checking it out.

It was nice to see something like that in Sydney.

I think the costuming for this movie is superb... wish I could see it IRL.
