did you hear that Pete and Walter from the DIS UNPLUGGED are coming to australia... They will be in syd around the 14th of Septemember and are trying to organise a meet!

They are coimng and doing the adventures by disney trip to Australia

does anyone listen to them? are you interested?

i think that is when u guyys are at D23 Keith?

Yep - some of us will be at the Expo, but that doesn't mean you guys can't all hook up. That would be totally awesome. Email them Jess!

Saturday the 19th is the winner! We're going to meet at 12.00 noon for lunch at James Squire's on King St Wharf, near Darling Harbour

I'm a little indifferent about this podcast sometimes, but still listen anyway, but they do have some good info sometimes. Has anyone been reading Pete's blogs on the DIS boards at all? He has a problem with the food and is just wanting a cheeseburger, which I love the irony given that when we go to the US we get over cheeseburgers and just want veges and nonfried food. However he does seem to be liking our fine country, given it's his first OS trip. Oh, and I won't be at the meet.

Jess, are you still going? I will if you do. Do you know if its the lower deck section of teh restaurant? i'd rather pay $20 for a burger than the $45 it is upstairs!!!!!

Well, how was it (those who went). I know Jess was there, she negotiated a separate section on the DIS Boards for Australians - GREAT STUFF!! Anyone else go? Curious how it turned out and what Pete's burger was like.

I had fun - They are very likable fellows. Eli and I ordered early but they bought lunch for everyone else.

Hi guys,

Well Sandi, Eli and I attended the Aussie meet... I had a wonderful time...there were 10 people in total, including Pete and Walter...Pete and Walter were wonderful, such lovely people...We stayed for about 4 hrs and they bought us lunch!!!

I also meet some other lovely aussies who will hopefully be visiting us on our forums...Hi Tim, John and Cathy!!!

I think i may have even recruited some more members who we might see at a meeting.

I have organised for an Australian section on the DIS boards for those who visit and Pete was keen to talk to Wayne and maybe even plug our little DUDisneyana fanclub on the disunplugged podcast -/
