Some sad news from the Walt Disney Company today as it was announced that the man behind the voice of Mickey Mouse, Wayne Allwine, passed away age 62. A link to the SMH story is attached.

The article in the Disney News on the front page also said that his wife was the voice of Minnie Mouse... Awwwww.... how cute was that... wonder did they talk to each other at home in the Mickey and Minnie voices?

It is a great story isn't it. I read somewhere that Disney was reluctant at first for the two of them to get married in case their relationship failed and the press came out with stories about Mickey and Minnie splitting, but apparently there was never any risk of that because they were so into each other.Awwwww.... how cute was that...

Nice...but apparently there was never any risk of that because they were so into each other.
