Win a trip to Disneyland!

Postby churros » Tue Jul 01, 2008 9:17 pm

I received a Big W catalogue in the mail today and the front cover drew my attention as it is covered in Disney characters and not just the Princesses and Pooh. From 3/7 - 16/7/08 if you purchase any Disney product you can enter to win a family trip to Disneyland. I have my eye on the Disney Pictionary DVD game - sounds like fun for a club meeting!

Funny you mention that. The kids spotted it a couple of weeks ago at Big W and started ranting yesterday when the catalogue arrived. Pictionary is a family fave and now with a Disney/Pixar twist, how good would that be.

I saw the promotion and was wondering what I'd buy to enter. The Disney Pictionary sounds like it will be the winner! :)

Yep - Della told me all about it - and it is her birthday in a few weeks (hmmm..was she giving me a hint? :D)

Wow Keith - sometimes you're very impressive. A male actually understanding a hint from their partner is something I've been trying to master for decades. Only recently, there was apparently a hint given to me about some jewellery on layby for mothers day - so I went and bought a phone.

Sheesh.... men... :D

gotta give you points for trying though. -/

And you are both probably closer to the mark than most men anyway cos you thought 'Disney' at the time. So you get a star for that too.
Sandie needs to be commended on how well Peter takes the hint on Disney gifts( either that or he's just a rare individual). You need to write a manual Sandie....

I remember many years ago that my dad went out shopping for a birthday present for mum - only to return with a new set of ball-joints for the car... :D

I think Dad's influence has rubbed off on me!

He was obviously concerned for the safety of your mother and her children. What a thoughtful man.

my dad was more about appliances.. whatever the latest kitchen appliance was, mum got it for the next 'gift occasion'.
Actually he was pretty good - He always bought great stuff.

It was my Dad's wrapping paper that always stood out - usually the plastic bag he bought it in!

Haha, my husband would be in big trouble if he got me an appliance of some sort or didn't wrap my present - or at least put it in a gift bag!

Luckily, he's always been able to buy a Disney DVD (or two or three) for birthdays etc for me :)
