Associated Press came out with this article today:
Children's Place to exit Disney stores
Retailer Children's Place says it is in talks with Disney for the company to regain control of about two-thirds of the stores in the Disney Store chain.
Secaucus, N.J.-based Children's Place Retail Stores Inc. says it is in "advanced" talks with the Walt Disney Co. for Disney to take back many of the Disney stores in North America. Children's Place has operated those stores under a license.
Children's Place also says the unit that operates the Disney stores was recently told it had breached its license to run those stores in several ways.
The company also says it lost money in the fourth quarter.
Looks like Disney are getting back into the Disney Store retail market - they've also just opened a bunch (100+) stores in India.
