I'm looking forward to getting this book, I just hope the new bub will be kind enough to let me read it all on the first day of release :)

Penrith is a bit far for me Keith, I'll be at Big W Macarthur Square :)

When we flew to Tokyo in September (with Qantas) we had the choice of a Japanese or Western meal. Being 8 week pregnant on the way over and 10 weeks pg on the way back, both made my stomach churn  We also contacted the Japanese Travel Bureau, to buy our railpasses initially. They were so, so, s...

Sorry Lisa, I only pop onto this site about once a month! I didn't think doing the wild west thing in Paris was all that weird. I went back to DLP straight from London though and didn't spend ANY more time in Paris itself, so I didn't really feel like I was in France. I can't believe it was five yea...

I agree with Keith, Paris is the prettiest of the Disney parks - although I haven't been to HK yet. I also think that staying at Hotel Cheyenne is a good idea - I LOVED that hotel! I totally loved the theming and expected a tumbleweed to roll down the 'street' at any moment. One day I'll get back th...

Okay, I'm basing this on most-watched in my adult life. Cinderella: Has always been my favourite. It's just such a classic story and if you can't get lost in a fairytale....well that would be just sad. Cindy also has some of my favourite songs in it. I LOVE So This Is Love? and A Dream Is A Wish. Li...

Oh Sandie - it is not that bad! Easy for you to say! I will need therapy after eating here!  Sandie, I'm not a Pooh fan at all either. It really bugs me that he can't spell. Like, REALLY bugs me. He just annoys me. I didn't need therapy after either Crystal Palace or any of my breakfast...

Doesn't Bambi have twins at the end?

101 Dalmations? Not sure about that one...it's been a long time since I last saw it.

Yep, we saw it about the same time as you Keith. We were hoping to see Monster House 3D, but I think it's finished now.

$17/ticket though - would hate to take a whole family!

Out of your list I've only eaten at the following: Ohana's - we did it for breakfast in 2000. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We got a window view and could see the castle. The characters spent a lot of time with us even though we were two adults without kids (my sis and I). The food was delicious....

I love this ride. It's my mums' favourite at Disneyland/DCA. I'd be keen to try difference scenarios though. It's a cheapish way for Disney to bring in a 'new' attraction just by doing a new film, ride sequence and effects.

The crowds sure were out last year! The weekend days we visited in December were more crowded than the weekend days we'd experienced in the middle of July in an earlier year. I imagine that had something to do with the 50th, but Christmas is always special at Disneyland.

Wow, inspiring a thread on my first day - I feel special   My husband and I met in Europe without any Disney involvement at all. He knew I was a Disney nut though because I was heading home by myself via Disneyland Paris. (I'm also a mad Sydney Swans fan and made that well-known too). I t...
