Re: The Imagineering Story

I've now finished the series (assuming it's now complete) and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.  One of the highlights for me was learning about the plans for Carland.  I won't post spoilers but the revelation about the concept for that was fascinating.

Re: The Mandalorian (Spoilers - be warned)

Yeah that's definitely something I think.  Plus they're also showing us both a hardened edge but also an empathetic side as well.  I'm currently watching the Clone Wars and learning more about the planet Mandalore and the history of the Mandalorian Warriors and how they rebelled, which is adding to ...

Re: The Imagineering Story

Watched Ep4 last night.  I'm with you Greg, the more I watch these, the itchier my feet (and wallet) are getting.  We're back in DL next year, but they showed [SPOILER -->] a segment on Animal Kingdom in Ep4 and something that I always knew was incredible is even more incredible.  There were some in...

Re: The Mandalorian (Spoilers - be warned)

Finally got around to see the first episode last night (I know...).  My original impression that it started a little slow, and I was wondering where it was going, but I got over that thought quickly.  I enjoyed it, looking forward to where they take it.  With the 4th coming out on Sunday, I better h...

Re: Disney+ for Australia?

I can't remember the name of the show Greg, I just call it Pixar live, but it's the show where they take Pixar characters to the street and they interact with people in everyday scenarios.  We watched the first one based on Inside Out and it was quite funny.  They're only really short.

Re: Disney+ for Australia?

I downloaded it on the Apple TV and we're getting the same awesome experience.  I didn't think to check the Samsung, as I didn't think it worked at all.  I'll check that tonight, because Ros doesn't like using the Apple TV she prefers the Samsung.  I agree with your comment about the content, just s...

Re: Disney+ for Australia?

I'm planning to catch up on things like Clone Wars and Rebels on the train, being only 20 odd minutes each I can squeeze in 3 episodes each trip (I ashamed to say as a Star Wars fan that I haven't seen them at all).  It's going to be so difficult to pick which one to watch first. Mandalorian will be...

Re: Disney+ for Australia?

Jumped on the train this morning, downloaded the app, registered and watched a couple of things on the train.  There is so much content on there which is must see viewing, I'm not sure I'm going to watch any cricket this summer!

Re: Disney Bluray Update

We're partial to still owning copies on Bluray especially for the classics, however being able to watch on streaming also is an attraction.

Re: Disney+ for Australia?

I'm on a FB group for Disney+ and there appears to be some streaming and connection issues experienced by some users already.  Hope they sort those within the next week.
